AES–LTD offers Sustainable Land Management. We manage land holdings to achieve specific environmental and conservation requirements and avoid future environmental constraints. We use land management principles to implement species and habitat creation and management programmes to satisfy planning conditions and protected species licence obligations. We also carry out biodiversity offsetting to compensate for habitat loss and use land management to meet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives and demonstrate increased environmental value. Land management principles can be further applied to land banks to ensure that environmental conditions do not impede or prevent the future development of land.
